This is a retreat and full participation in the program is recommended. \nWHAT TO BRING: Comfortable clothes for the seminar\, sportier clothes for morning yoga or dynamic meditation\, writing utensils\, slippers or non-slip socks for the group room and if possible a blanket and seat cushions for working on the floor. If you can\, bring also a yoga-mat\, bolster\, blocks and belts.
