We start our CHAKRA-HEALING-SERIES with the HEART CHAKRA:

Holding on to your love these days is not easy. All too often, we loose connection to our Self-Love, to Compassion, Heart Wisdom and to Higher Love. Many people feel unfulfilled and empty inside. They have a partner, a 9-to-5 job, family, enough money maybe… but there’s that feeling deep inside that s.th. is missing – a real fulfillment, a true nourishment of your heart.

In Energy Balancing, our true belief is: If you don’t heal your heart, that feeling of emptiness will not vanish. It is only when you discover the deeper love and your soul‘s purpose, that this fulfillment and happiness will come into your life. Therefore, we from Energy Balancing Canada offer a weekend workshop to help you RECONNECTING TO YOUR HEART, finding your Heart‘s Longing and live it – despite the challenges of your daily living.

WORKSHOP CONTENT: 

• Establishing a more permanent connection to your HEART
• Consciously connecting to your Higher LOVE, Wisdom and Intelligence
• Exploring wounds of your HEART and their effect on your current life
• Using  Energy Shift Meditation to heal yourself and your HEART Chakra
• Energy Diagnostics Tools to diagnose your energy-system and your HEART Chakra
• Transformational exercises to work with old wounds and patterns to overcome
• Roleplay to explore Love, Empathy and Connection in action in daily living

WORKHOP SCHEDULE: Thursday, April, 16th, 2026: 6 pm to 8 pm, afterwards dinner. Friday & Saturday: 7 am to 8 pm. Sunday: 7 am to 5 pm. This is a retreat and full participation in the program is recommended.
